Thank you for your sincere interest and desire to attend our festival at St. Rocco Parish. We are grateful for your patronage all these years!
It is unfortunate that we are not able to hold a festival this year (2022), not because of Covid, but for the simple reason that our main building - old school and hall - which is in the middle of the property, is in a serious stage of collapse. This very sad reality was discovered in the fall of 2019. We are presently in the process of having to have the old building demolished, however there is no certainty as to when this will be able to be completed.
As a patron of our festivals, you may remember that our Italian Villa and Casino were in the old gym and hall; the kitchen in the old school was where all of our food was prepared for in and outside.... Without the use of this facility, we are unfortunately not able to host a festival. There is serious danger and risk of the building or a part of the building collapsing at any time and thus, the potential of harm to someone; crowds of people on the property at a festival.
It is our prayer and hope that for Labor Day 2023 we will have a new building/addition completed to our former daycare, with a kitchen and proper space enabling us to host a festival once again. Kindly keep us in your prayers and if you would like to help us, contact us about our Capital Campaign to raise funds for this project. WE WILL HOWEVER BE HOSTING A DRIVETHRU ON LABOR DAY WEEKEND. SEPTEMBER 2ND-5TH FROM 11AM-8PM WITH ALL OF YOUR FAVORITES, LASAGNA, PASTA AND MEATBALLS, SAUSAGE SANDWICHWES AND ZEPPOLI!
Best wishes to you and God's blessings
